IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
There is no minimum order...just need one piece to finish your idea no problem. You can simply rent individual pieces or put together a whole package.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
I suggest contacting me as soon as you can so we can put your reservation on our calendar to hold the items you are renting after a deposit has been made.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
All Changes can be made up to one week prior to your event.

DESIGN PRICING?
All depends on the services needed, please contact us for pricing options.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
A $50.00 to $100.00 deposit depending on services is due at time of order and the remainder of the balance due one week prior to your event, any cancellations made thirty days prior to your event will result in no refund of deposit.

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES FOR LOSS AND DAMAGES?
Responsibility for items remain with the lessee from time of delivery or pick up until time of return. An extra charge will be determined for missing or damaged items and a late fee will be charged on items not returned on the scheduled date.
